• Completed compulsory education. Higher level of schooling is beneficial for further training

• Duration of apprenticeship: three years.
• Inter-company courses take place.

• Draftsperson Federal VET Diploma in civil engineering (additional basic training)
• Foreman (practical and foreman college)
• Construction foreman or construction material tester (examination for the Federal Diploma of Higher Education)
• Qualified foreman PET College or technician PET College
• Qualified master builder (examination for the Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education)
• Qualified civil engineer BSc FH or architect BA/MA
