Walo Bertschinger AG owns a 16,000 m2 plot of land on the Route Cantonale 109 ,close to Saint-Sulpice (VD). One of the buildings on the plot has been used as an office and a warehouse for years. Following the move to the new property in the spring of 2014, an analysis was conducted to determine the optimal way to use the plots. Architectural firm “Pont12” won the architecture competition that ensued. The firm’s bid involves the construction of 54 residential units. Construction got under way at the end of November 2016.
